Carol Ruggles

     Carol Ruggles is a certified Probate and Elder Law Specialist with Certification in Senior Paralegal Studies with Livaccari, Villarrubia, Lemmon, L.L.C. Her area of specialization is advanced estate planning which includes wills, trusts and estates, successions, Elder Law, real estate and business organizations.

     Prior to joining the firm, Carol worked with a local firm where she handled all successions as well as assistance in office administration. She also worked with personal injury claims where she prepared Life Care Plans. Carol has over 15 years of legal experience.

Toni Vallejos

Toni Vallejos

     Toni Vallejos is a paralegal with Livaccari, Villarrubia, Lemmon, L.L.C. where her work focuses on the initial stages of estate planning. Her areas of concentration include the preparation of Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts. The balance of her work involves the formation of Limited Liability Companies, drafting of Buy/Sell Agreements and Successions.

     Prior to joining the firm, Toni worked as a paralegal with the MRGO Litigation Group, and during her tenure with Litigation Projects, Inc., she served as a liaison for clients pursuing various industrial workplace injury claims.

     Toni is a graduate of Dominican High School and earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of New Orleans.
