Carol Ruggles is a certified Probate and Elder Law Specialist with Certification in Senior Paralegal Studies with Livaccari, Villarrubia, Lemmon, L.L.C. Her area of specialization is advanced estate planning which includes wills, trusts and estates, successions, Elder Law, real estate and business organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Carol worked with a local firm where she handled all successions as well as assistance in office administration. She also worked with personal injury claims where she prepared Life Care Plans. Carol has over 15 years of legal experience.
Karen Caillouet
Karen Caillouet is the office manager with Livaccari, Villarrubia, Lemmon, LLC. Karen joined LVL in August of 2010 and brings over 15 years of legal administration experience to the firm. As the office manager Karen is responsible for management of the accounting processes, human resources, IT support, and overall office administration.
Marian Marie
Marian Marie joined Livaccari Villarrubia Lemmon L.L.C. in January of 2010. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, human resources, employee benefits, and general office administration.
Monique D. Hardy
Monique Hardy received her undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate from the University of New Orleans. Monique joined the Livaccari, Villarrubia, Lemmon, L.L.C. team in January 2011. Monique will assist with estate and trust planning, successions and probate, and business organization matters.
Jamie L. Gonzales
Jamie Gonzales joined Livaccari Villarrubia Lemmon L.L.C. in September of 2010 as an administrative assistant.
